Accommodation payment options for Non-Supported Residents Residents may elect to provide a combination of RAD and DAP to suit their financial circumstances. Option 1: Full Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) Pay the total amount ($450,000) of the Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) within 6 months of entry to the facility. DAP is charged from the date of entry until RAD is paid. Option 2: Full Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) Pay the total amount of the Refundable Accommodation Deposit RAD as a DAP from date of entry to the facility. Option 3: Combination of RAD and DAP Pay a lump-sum amount as a RAD and a monthly amount as a DAP based on the agreed accommodation payment.
